About MailBloom

Email deserves the standards of print: honest content, honest numbers.

MailBloom came from two desks — a magazine art director tired of watching good writing get stamped into ugly templates, and a shop owner tired of not knowing where a send actually went. They built the studio they both wanted: an editor that treats a letter as writing, and a report that treats every send as evidence.

Operating principles

Three things we refuse to ship

No template straight-jackets

Letters are written, not merged into a stock layout. Blocks exist to disappear behind the writing.

No send without receipts

Every recipient gets a row; every bounce carries its reason. Send-and-pray is a workflow bug.

No dead controls

Every button on this site drives real behavior — including the demo studio, which writes, previews, segments, and sends for real.

The road so far

From two desks to the studio

  1. 2024

    The template rebellion

A magazine designer proofs a client's campaign and finds the headline kerned by a form field. The first block-editor sketch happens that night.

  2. 2025

    Receipts become the product

The editor ships; the per-recipient send log ships a month later and suddenly it's the feature people write in about.

  3. 2026

    The studio opens

Three plans, segments with live counts, A/B subjects on Garden, dedicated IPs on Estate. The press starts rolling.

The demo studio runs the full product — editor, segments, sends, reports included.
