The agreements that govern MailBloom — written to describe what the product actually does, including where your data lives.

Effective April 2, 2026 · MailBloom Studio

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of MailBloom, an email marketing studio provided by MailBloom Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

MailBloom stores your campaign drafts, subscriber lists, segments, and send reports, and delivers the campaigns you compose to the recipients you choose.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through plan checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you enter and for keeping your credentials safe on your own devices.

Plan capacity (subscribers, monthly volume, seats, and features) is defined on the pricing page for each plan and enforced against your workspace.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly according to the billing period selected at checkout; yearly billing grants the equivalent of two free months. The price charged is the plan price shown during checkout.

You can change or cancel a plan at any time; a plan change applies immediately and a billing-period change applies on the next cycle. There are no long-term contracts.

4. Acceptable use

You may send only to people who asked to hear from you. Purchased lists, scraped addresses, and unsolicited bulk mail are prohibited and result in workspace closure. Every letter carries a working unsubscribe.

5. Data handling

Workspace data — campaigns, subscribers, reports, and settings — remains local to your browser session and is not sold or shared. You can export the audience as CSV from the subscribers page and reset the workspace from Settings at any time.

6. Service level

The Estate plan carries a 99.9% monthly uptime service level. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance and don't count against the target.

7. Changes

These terms may change as the product evolves; material changes are announced before they take effect and don't retroactively change the price of your current billing period.
