1. Do we use cookies?

No tracking cookies. MailBloom does not set advertising, analytics, or cross-site cookies.

2. What browser storage is used instead

The product stores your session, account record, workspace state, and campaign history in your browser's local storage under names beginning with mailbloom.* — this is how your studio survives a page reload.

This storage is only readable by the MailBloom site in the browser profile that created it; clearing site data removes everything.

3. How to clear it

Use the reset control in workspace settings for a clean studio, or the browser's own 'delete site data' action to remove all state at once. Both are always available and always effective.
